These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions in entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions as a whole, you are not permitted to use this website.
In addition to the operation of this website, cookies are used. By accessing and using this website while agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to Techtribune use of cookies, as outlined in the Techtribune privacy policy.
The agreement between Techtribune and the client is governed by the following terms and conditions. Modifications to the company's terms and conditions will not be valid unless officially communicated by Techtribune through written confirmation, either via email or postal mail, to the client. The specifics of the undertaken work are outlined in the order confirmation email sent by Techtribune.
Techtribune will begin work once the agreed-upon deposit is received, along with a signed contract or an order confirmation via email.
Techtribune commits to providing unlimited design revisions until the client expresses satisfaction with the work, and no additional charges will be applied during this revision process. Once the client approves the design (including work on Social Media, Google PPC, website and all other Marketing), they must confirm their satisfaction via email to Techtribune.
Any alterations to the approved design after the confirmation email may result in additional charges. Techtribune will then convert the approved design into a functional format, and the client will be required to make the second payment. After completing all inner pages, Techtribune will seek feedback from the client, with the possibility of testing individual modules as requested. Adjustments will be made based on the client's feedback.
We offer a 30-day warranty, commencing from the date of the final delivery, for all services provided by Techtribune. This warranty encompasses minor adjustments, resolution of functional issues and repairs, slight content modifications, error reporting, as well as training and support in specific cases. Any areas experiencing malfunctions during the warranty period will be addressed without additional charges. Once the warranty period concludes, all subsequent modifications will be billed at an hourly rate of £30.00.
After receiving the initial deposit, Techtribune will create a development schedule. Within seven working days of starting the project, Techtribune guarantees to deliver the first design.
At every milestone during the development process, Techtribune will request feedback from the client. The client must respond promptly to prevent any delays in the project.
Please note that the estimated completion date is only a projection, and Techtribune cannot guarantee strict adherence to it.
If there is any expected delay in delivering the agreed-upon work, Techtribune must notify the client beforehand and provide a valid reason for the delay.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other graphics, required for the project, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement. All content and graphics materials must be delivered to Techtribune within the specified timeframe to avoid delays in the project timeline.
Techtribune will not be held responsible for any project delays resulting from late submission or inadequate quality of content and graphics materials provided by the client. The client is encouraged to ensure that all supplied materials comply with copyright laws, and Techtribune is not liable for any infringement issues related to the provided content.
Please note the following termination conditions that apply to the agreement with Techtribune. The client retains the right to terminate the agreement under any circumstance, which will result in an immediate halt in development.
If the termination notice is submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of the deposit being received or the contract being signed, Techtribune will retain 40% of the deposit as a service cost. If the termination notice is received later than 14 days and between the design demonstrations, Techtribune will retain 100% of the deposit received.
The client can request any unfinished work, but any termination notice after the design demonstration will stop further development, and full payment for the project becomes due to Techtribune.
Techtribune reserves the right to terminate the contract and invoice for full payment if any of the following conditions apply:
All client requirements and instructions must be documented in electronic format (email or Word document); verbal instructions will not be accepted by Techtribune. If the client wishes to restart the project after termination, an additional fee will be charged, and the full contract value must be paid according to the discussion on the restart process.
